Slow Healing presents: Healing on the Mountain part II Nov. 24, 2013

On Nov.24,2013; the Slow Healing campaign celebrated the Giving Thanks holiday by honoring the organic farmers of Puerto Rico. Slow Healing and organic farmer, Edgardo Alvarado ( educator and founder of the Organization Boricua) had collaborated again with the purpose of assisting the organic agriculture community of Orocovis and other areas of the island. This special day of healing the body/mind/soul, brings together members of Slow Healing and the community. The farmers learned ancient healing techniques ( Ashi Points, Aromatherapy, Homeopathic & Acupressure First Aid and made Moxa rolls ), to relieve stress, body pain, and manage health care.
